 in my school i'll get new basket ball uni forms and school uni forms. I'll get new owned chrome books for all the kids. Pads of paper for work,pools and courts for the  big kids and small kids/

Last Friday the whole school went to Omana beach on the other side maraetai we had fun in the water and out of the water on the sand.

Term 3 Reflection

What I enjoyed at school this term is to be able to play on the park and the hoops.
I did really well at basic facts because I've been practicing and practicing to get 100 per cent.
I think writing could have been better this term because I write messy and ugly so I always try to write nice and neatly.One thing I want to change about being in Tui is my behavior because I always chat to people and always get in trouble.

On Thursday 20th 2018 my family said we were going somewhere so we packed our bags and drove to the airport. We jumped on the plane and flew to another country I still didn't know where we were going too. After we jumped off the plane I could not believe my eyes we were in sydeny Australia. We court a train to our anty's house when we got off the anty that iv'e never seen before was right in front of me. She gave us a big big hug Then we walked to her house 5 days later it was Christmas and all of us went Christmas we got shoes for our presents. The next morning we got 50 dollars to spend at the markets if their was any more money left we put it in a bowl. And left it for our cousin our cousin was surprised to see money waiting for her she was so happy to have the money that we gave her.         

WALT write an interesting recount. I am trying to add full stops to my sentences.
I found it easy because I was copying the words and sentences from my paper that I wrote the story on.  Next time I want to remember to add speech.

I have been busy on doing places on a tour build.  I've marked places like Auckland,  Nelson and Rotorua.

Ivé been doing a quiz on kahoot like numbers in maori  and some numbers in English.

I like it when it's maori language week. Because we do cool stuff on the chrome books
I made a maori language week poster. And a word search that you can try and find my words and we will be making more stuff on maori language week. I found it tricky finding how too write on the maori language poster and some words for the word search.

school opening 2019

My favorite part was when we went out side to do the haka.  

Reflection term- two new school

In term two the whole school moved from the old school to the new school. My favourite part of the new school was the new playground and the classroom. The thing I found hard was we had to share the basketball court with the seniors. Next term tui hub is going to do research on artists like singers painters and actors.


   

A Tui

A Tui  is a bird.

Tuis have blue, green and bronze iridescent sheen, and distinctive white throat tuffs. 

The Tui eats nectar,fruits and insects.

The behaviour of a Tui is aggressive and defending a flower or fruit trees.

You can find a Tui in the north Island, west and south coasts of the south Island.

Cross Country Day writing

  

I was running from my house to the school backyard with Iroam

plus Iroam. I was halfway there plus Iroam stopped the animal

was coming. Come on Iroam I said he got up and went fast.

Up the hill but fell back down I went as hard as I could. I put my

hands on the gates and tried to get up the hill We made it but .

someone else. Wanted to come he said if could join in. I said yes

you can come so all of us made it to the.Field  at the back of the

hall we just needed to go around. The field through the goal posts

and in the backyard. The animal had sharp teeth I felt he was

going to eat us. We run as fast around the field and through the

goalposts. We run into the backyard around the hills around the

trees.The animal was right behind us we run back to my house.

We said come out we run around my house we stopped it was

just a baby panther.

Auckland zoo commuity

                                           I went to the zoo yesterday the I liked was the lions

                                           but the lions  were just sleeping then I saw a tiger and there was

                                            a big hole in the ground it was long there was a sign it said tiger home                                                      coming soon and there was people building but I saw a Rino to the horn                                                     was big, Merkats they were looking at me I looked they ran away and were tunnels lending into the middle of the Merkats place but I onlle

This activity was about the netball teams when we walked down to the high wire

gym. The things I found easy were doing the backgrounds, the netball team photos.
What I might try next time is to do less colours.

kawa of care

This activity was about kawa of care the things not to do with our Chromebook's. Like pulling off the buttons on the Chromebook's. The things I found easy were finding the photo and thinking of the sentences. The things I found hard were trying to write theses sentences. What I might try next time is try to listen to the teacher and don't talk to people, when the teacher is talking.
